At GO SPORT EGYPT, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your GO SPORT account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the unused sports equipment or apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Courier Collection

  Our specialized courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup at your preferred location across Egypt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
